Our roots can be traced back to 1919, when Edgar Spencer entered into the practice of construction law after returning from World War I. Mr. Spencer, along with Richard H. Tunstead formed the firm of Spencer & Tunstead in 1958. In 1973. Mr. Tunstead and Marvin Schechter, the firm’s previous managing partner, formed Tunstead & Schechter, which was reestablished by partner’s Jeremy Kalina, Esq. and Michael J. Mattia, Esq.
